Privacy Policy

Overview

Recastly plans, schedules, and publishes social media content across connected channels. Work is organised into businesses, and a business may be run by one person or by several.

Information We Collect

  • Account details such as name, email address, profile image, and authentication provider identifiers.
  • Business information such as membership, roles, invitations, audit records, and settings.
  • Publishing information such as posts, media metadata, channel configuration, publishing attempts, and platform responses.
  • Compliance records such as consent events and account deletion requests.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide the product, authenticate people and API keys, apply the role each member holds and the scope each API key carries in each business, schedule and verify publishing, maintain security, respond to compliance requests, and prepare platform review materials.

Sharing

We send content and required account information to social platforms only when a channel is connected or content is published through that platform. We do not sell personal information.

Retention And Deletion

An account can be deleted in Settings. Deletion is processed promptly and hard-deletes the account and its personal consent rows, while retaining the non-personal forensic records needed to prove deletion and to keep each business's audit history intact.

Contact

A contact address will be published here before this policy is submitted for any platform review. This version does not carry one.
